WHY HAVE YOU INCREASED YOUR PRICES?
At Happi Choc, we craft our chocolates using the finest ingredients, ensuring a luxurious experience in every bite. Due to the rising cocoa costs, which have increased by more than 150% since the beginning of 2024, we have adjusted our prices to maintain the high quality you expect from us. While our prices may be higher than typical high-street chocolates, we believe the exceptional taste and indulgence are worth it.
WHERE CAN I BUY HAPPI CHOCOLATE?
You can purchase all Happi products directly on our website, as well as from the following retailers:
- Selfridges
- Liberty
- Holland & Barrett
- Waitrose (Easter range)
Additionally, our products are available at numerous independent retailers. We are currently creating a map of these stockists, so stay tuned!
ARE HAPPI PRODUCTS DAIRY FREE?
All our recipes are dairy-free, but our factory handles dairy products, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of dairy. Therefore, our products are not suitable for those with milk allergies.
ARE HAPPI PRODUCTS SOYA FREE?
Yes, we use sunflower lecithin instead.
ARE HAPPI PRODUCTS NUT FREE?
All our recipes are nut-free, but our factory handles nuts, so we cannot guarantee complete absence of nuts. Therefore, our products are not suitable for those with nut allergies.
ARE HAPPI PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
All our recipes are gluten-free, but our factory handles wheat, so we cannot guarantee complete absence of wheat. Therefore, our products are not suitable for those with wheat allergies.
DO HAPPI PRODUCTS CONTAIN SUGAR?
Yes, Happi Chocolate contains sugar, but it has 35% less than other leading milk chocolate brands.
IS THERE CROSS CONTAMINATION RISKS IN THE FACTORY?
While Happi Chocolate is produced on a dark chocolate line with thorough cleaning before and after production, the factory also handles milk, soy, nuts, peanuts, and wheat.
ARE HAPPI PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
Our products are not certified organic, however our farmers and growers work to increase the biodiversity throughout the regions of Colombia in which they grow. To read more about them and their work please follow the link to see the Luker Chocolate Sustainability report.
IS THE HAPPI PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
Yes! Our cardboard packets are fully recyclable and the inner wrap is made from plant material (Natureflex) so can be home composted. For more information please follow the link that explains everything you need to know about Natureflex.

WHERE DOES YOUR CHOCOLATE COME FROM?
We buy our chocolate from Luker Chocolate, a family-owned business in Colombia who have been growing cocoa for over 100 years. They guarantee that their chocolate is slave- and child-labour free, and their farm-to-bar method ensures a transparent and ethical supply chain.
